Defendants: John Butler gent, the said Richard Searle, Gilbert Searle gent of Odiham clerk of the peace, William Hazell, gaoler of the county, Roger Atherley (Adderley) and William Wrothe.
Subject: Procuring a false presentment against plaintiff William Abrey, and others for assault on the said constable Richard Searle at Alton, extortion, and attempted subornation of perjury.
