Plaintiffs: Alice Atkins widow of Horningtoft and John Poynter, weaver of Thornham.
Defendants: Michael Forde, barber of Downham, William Thorowgood, commissary to the archdeacon (of Norfolk), and others.
Subject: Forgery of a will of John Feedrick of Horningtoft godfather of the said Michael Forde, who died in 'a blinde and unlawful alehouse' of the said Michael Forde, perjury in proving it, and theft of his money.
Norfolk.
