Plaintiffs: Sir William Ayloffe bart, Dame Alice Ayloffe his wife, Thomas Ayloffe gent, John Ayloffe gent and John Richardson esq.
Defendants: Elizabeth de la Fountaine late the wife of Erasmus de la Fountaine, merchant, Sir Daniel Deligne her son-in-law, William Browne, under-sheriff of Middlesex, Andrew Browne his brother, and others.
Subject: Forcible entry on a messuage occupied by the said Thomas Ayloffe, John Ayloffe and John Richardson in Westminster, assault on the said Dame Alice Ayloffe and her servants, stating 'that they were more unruly than Welsh folkes', seizure of money and deeds, and holding an inquest of the goods of said Sir William Ayloffe.
