Description

Short title: Abbott v Abbott.

Plaintiffs: Philip Abbott, husbandman, son and executor of Christopher Abbott, yeoman.

Defendants: Nicholl Abbott, stepmother of plaintiff, Bartholomew Clevehanger her brother-in-law, John Avent and Joan Avent his wife.

Subject: Forgery of the will of the said Christopher Abbott, his estate including a lease of a tenement at Cadley in Ermington.
