Description

Short title: Agarde v Hickes.

Plaintiffs: Walter Agarde gent, churchwarden of Edmonton.

Defendants: William Hickes, vicar of Edmonton, John Wilde, foreman of the grand inquest of Middlesex, and others.

Subject: Perjury to procure a false presentment of barratry by the said inquest, plaintiff James Arnwood having previously presented the vicar for breach of canons.

Middlesex.

Note: plea that the matter is pending in the King's Bench, and that a demurrer has already been accepted in this court.
