Defendants: John Smith, John Smith, George Smith and Andrew Smith, his sons, Thomas Barnes, Matthew Furnace, John Henderson, Robert Henderson his brother, Margaret Henderson and Mabel Henderson his sisters, and others.
Subject: Rescue of tithe corn seized from the lands of the said John Smith the elder and John Furnace of Kilgreene in Aketon for non-payment of a clerical subsity, and riotous resistance to 'loughtering' other such corn.
Cumberland.
