Short title: Andrewe v Andrewe.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Andrewe of Charwelton esq, brother of the said Sir Euseby Andrewe kt.

Defendants: Dame Anne Andrewe widow, late the wife of the said Sir Euseby Andrewe kt, Anne Moyle her servant, Sir Ferdinand Knightley kt her brother, Sir Erasmus Dryden bart JP, Daniel Oxenbridge and Bartholomew Jaquinta, physicians, Richard butler, juror, Edward Farmer, and others.

Subject: Suppressing the facts of the death of the said Sir Euseby Andrewe kt, poisoned by the said Anne Moyle.
