Defendants: Emanuel Bad and Robert Eyer.
Subject: Dilatory proceedings, forgery, etc, to evade payment of a debt found due by the Court of Requests to the children of the late John Adyn, whose executrix the said Emanuel Bad had married.
London, Hampshire.
Note: demurrer that the matter is before the court on another bill, and that plaintiff Robert Adyn is a recusant convict and Crown debtor.
