Defendants: Sir Richard Amcotts kt of Eastropp, Yorkshire, Alexander Amotts brother of the plaintiff Matthew Amcotts, Alexander Amcotts and John Amcotts, sons of the plaintiff and Milo Hadden, servant of Alexander Amotts the younger.
Subject: Forcible entry into the house ot plaintiff Matthew Amcotts at Willoughby, assault on his wife, and seizure of deeds relating to the manor of Penshaw (in Houghton-le-Spring) and other lands.
