Defendants: Clement Chawner, John Chawner his son, Goddreade Cope, Henry Wilson, John Wilson, and others, all yeomen of Boylston.
Subject: Refusal of the said Goddreade Cope to pay the 'lewne' or levy for repairs of his portion of the churchyard fence of Boylston, and accusation of murder against plaintiffs John Allsopp and William Hallam.
