Description

Short title: Ashton v Holland.

Plaintiffs: George Ashton gent of Minting.

Defendants: John Holland gent of Hemingby, Thomas Deighton the elder and Robert Smithe of Horsington.

Subject: Fraudulent conveyances of the parsonage of Baumber and the manors of Great Sturton and Little Sturton and Baumber to avoid payment of a debt of the first-named Thomas Dighton to his said sister Mary Thomas, and rescue of distress at Great Sturton.
