Plaintiffs: George Ashton gent of Minting and Mary Ashton his wife.
Defendants: Thomas Dighton, brother of the said Mary Ashton, Thomas Dighton his son and Mary Dighton his daughter and Robert Watson.
Subject: Fraudulent conveyances of the parsonage of Baumber and the manors of Great Sturton and Little Sturton and Baumber to avoid payment of a debt of the first-named Thomas Dighton to his said sister Mary Thomas, and rescue of distress at Great Sturton.
