Plaintiffs: George Arderne gent of Chichester.
Defendants: Richard Tylborowe yeoman, Thomas Burche, yeoman and James Colley, under-sheriff of Sussex.
Subject: Putting a bond in suit contrary to the said Richard Tylborowe's verbal promise, and arrest of plaintiff George Arderne, the said Thomas Burche being made special bailiff without authority.
