Defendants: Edmund Brudenell esq of Stoke Mandeville, John Smyth clerk, Samuel Smyth, yeoman, and John Smyth, blacksmith, Pakington Neighbour, John Neihbor, Joseph Plaistowe, William Venner and Thomas Kyteley.
Subject: Trespasses [and rabbit poaching] on the warren of Ellesborough Hill, belonging to Sir John Pakington of Hampton Lovett kt, and assault on Margaret Neale, mother of Richard Neale, the warrener.
