Plaintiffs: Sir Thomas Coventry, Attorney General, at the relation of Richard Neale.
Defendants: Zachary Bowler of Wendover, maltster, Pakington Neighbour of Ellesborough, tailor, Edward Holderness of Cookham, blacksmith, Thomas Holderness, Thomas Watson, THomas Ellyott and George Tyler.
Subject: Rabbit poaching on the warren of Ellesborough Hill, belonging to Sir John Pakington of Hampton Lovett kt, with greyhounds unlawfully kept, assaults on Richard Neale his warrener, and slander.
