Plaintiffs: Sir Henry Hobart, Attorney General, at the relation of Richard Smith.
Defendants: Nicholas Baker, yeoman of Launceston, Diggory Baker his son, Thomas Baker his brother, Henry Baker son of the said Thomas Baker, John Humfrey, John Hinder, Thomas Dungeye, and others.
Subject: Causing John Brode gent of Moorwinstow, to seal a conveyance of his lands when unconscious, usurious mortgage of lands in Jacobstow and elsewhere.
