Plaintiffs: Sir Henry Hobart, Attorney General, at the relation of the keeper of the forest of Braden.
Defendants: John Hurlebatt, William Flemminge the elder, William Flemminge the younger, and Philip Flemminge, all of Garsdon.
Subject: Poaching of deer in the forest of Braden, and resistance to search of the said William Flemminge's house.
