Defendants: Thomas Smith of Hoddesdon, oatmeal-maker, Robert Sawyer, constable of Hallifield, husbandman, Robert Cordell labourer, Robert Cornishe husbandman, and Robert Spicer husbandman.
Subject: Poaching of deer in Harold's Park in the parish of Waltham Abbey, belonging to Sir Edward Grivell [Greville] kt, and in Waltham Forest, Epping Forest and Enfield Chase.
