Defendants: John Willet, glover, mayor of Sudbury, Eden Curde, constable of Sudbury, John Curde, afterwards mayor of Sudbury, Richard Dent of Sudbury, tailor, Bernard Milles, Giles Alliston, and others.
Subject: Rescue of prisoners and resistance to arrest at Sudbury, forgery of a writ for the arrest of Richard Reynham and Francis Wilson, and divers official misdemeanours.
