Defendants: Richard Luckin, Peter Alcrofte (Alcroffe), Joan Marshall late wife of Francis Marshall of Good Easter, yeoman, John Marshall and Nathaniel Marshall his sons, Thomas Tabor and [Perdica] Newall.
Subject: Disfiguring the body of the said Francis Marshall, who drowned himself at Pleshey, and conspiring to procure a verdict of murder.
