Description

Short title: King's Almoner v Hardpenny.

Plaintiffs: Lancelot Andrews, Bishop of Ely and King's Almoner.

Defendants: Edward Hardpenny, coroner of Kent, Philip Thomson and James Cacket.

Subject: Horse with money fastened to the saddle [as a deodand], from which John Wallis of London, ironmonger, fell and was drowned near Brasted.

Kent.
