Agreement between Roger the abbot, [and the convent, of Pershore ?], of the one part, and William de Bello Campo, and Hugh de Walcote, of the other part, witnessing [that the said abbot his paid] 20 marks [to the said William], and 10 marks to the said Hugh, and that the said William has released the said abbot from all differences between them on account of a house and land which belonged to Henry de Walecote &c. and has set free [any men] of the said abbot imprisoned [by him]; also the said Hugh has released the said abbot and his house and men from all appeals and injuries &c. and all claim in the houses and lands of the said Henry, reserving a messuage &c. in Pershore &c &c.: [Worcestershire] Feast of the beheading of St John the Baptist A D 12 [post A D 1234]. Mutilated.
