Will of Thomas Barefote of Sunnyng, witnessing that whereas John, abbot of Reding, Ralph Hethcotte, John Hyde, the elder, clerks, Nicholas Thorn, and Nicholas Barefote, the testator's son, are enfeoffed, with the testator and Margaret his wife, of all Thomas's lands &c. in the parish of Sunnyng or elsewhere in the same county, of the demise of Thomas Rastewolde, esquire; the testator ordains that after the decease of himself and his wife, the said Nicholas Barefote, his son, is to pay 5 marks to each of his four other children (named) in manner specified, after which the above-named feoffees are to make a sufficient estate in fee in the said lands &c. to the said Nicholas Barefote: Berkshire 25th November, 10 Hen VII
