Grant by brother John the prior, and the convent, of the Charterhouse, London, to John Vauhen, bachelor in canon law, of a full share, during his life and in his death, of the spiritual benefits from the masses, fasts, vigils, alms &c. in the said house, with an anniversary service on the day of his death, and perpetual remembrance in a mass to be celebrated daily at the altar of St Anne in their church: [Middlesex.] 16 August A D 1485. Endorsed: 'Et obiit xij die Junii anno d[omi]ni m[illesim]o q[ua]dringe[n]tesimo no[na]gesimo nono.' Ink decorated initial.
