Agreement made by Sir Serlo, the prior of St Michael's, Stanford, between Richard son of William de Berc, and the nuns of the said priory; the said Richard has demised to the said nuns a pasture in Wenton called 'Calvercroft' for twenty-one years, which Richard's father, William, conveyed to them for sixten years; also confirmation of a grant by the said William to the said nuns, for twenty-two years, of land in Wenton, and of a tillage called 'Wdebindthornwong' with a small heath belonging thereto.
