Description

Demise by W. abbot of Evesham, to Hugh son of William West of Badeby, for twenty years, from Hokeday, 51 Henry III. of land in Badeby formerly held by William Curtoys, reserving to Susanna, relict of Nicholas de Capes, for her life, a messuage with two parts of a curtilage, which premises, if Susanna die within the said term, are to be held by Hugh for the rest of the term. Witnesses: - Ralph de Hynton, and others (named): [Northamptonshire.]
