Description

Mainly reversals of outlawry rolls from 1737 to 1860, complete only from 1818, and kept by the clerk of the reversals of outlawries of the Court of Common Pleas.

Each entry gives the details of the outlawry and the means of and the reason for its reversal. There are also a few files of original papers relating to the reversal of outlawry process, and a stray outlawry file for 30 Geo III which is misplaced here.
