Agreement (indented): John king of Castile and Leon and duke of Lancaster will cease to pursue writs pending in the king's court concerning the wardships and marriages of Robert cousin and heir of Geoffrey de Elkyngton and of the daughters and heiresses of Thomas de Friskeney, and releases all claims thereto and all actions of battery and extortion, and Gilbert Dumframvill, earl of Angus (Dangos), releases all actions of trespass and will pay John £106 13s. 4d. of silver. John promises not to distrain Gilbert for homage due for lands held of him because of his age and infirmity.
