Henry earl of Leicester, High Steward of England, to Henry earl of Derby, his son: Lease to Henry earl of Derby of two parts of the manor of Barlow (Berleye) for his life. He is to pay an annual rent of 40 marks to his father, and also a farm of 10 marks yearly to the king, with arrears of 51 1/2 marks. The third part, at present held in dower by dame Segrede, widow of Richard de Bereley, will remain to the earl of Derby on her death: Yorks
