Agreement (indented) between the abbey of Kirkstall (abbot, Hugh) and Henry de Lacy, earl of Lincoln. The abbey quitclaims all lands, tenements and rents held of Henry or his predecessors in Accrington, Cliviger (Cliveacher) and Huncoat (Hunnescotes), Lancs, and Roundlay (Le Rundhay), Seacroft and Shadwell, Yorks; in return Henry will pay the abbey a total of 80 marks a year until he has given it equal amounts of annual rents in the same counties in frankalmoign: Lancs,Yorks
