Great Wakering, Little Wakering, Ramsdon, Baldewyne in Barling, North Thorp, East. Lee Thorp: Ralph Spigurnel, Hugh de Berwyk, Piers de Faulore, Thomas de Wynkefeld, Philip de Mobreth, Clerk et John de Woodehalle for William de Bohum, Earl of Northampton and Constable of England: The said Ralph and the rext grant to the Earl of Northampton for term of his life the manors of Great Wakering (the 3rd of 2 parts of the same, after the death of Alice Widow of John de Nevill) Little Wakering, Northorp, Rammesdon, the tenements Baldwyne on Barlyngg, the reversions of the manor of Thorp after the death of the said Alice and the manors of Eastlee after the death of John Botiller, with all fees, advowsons, rent, services, escheats, wardships, marriages be as fully as the said Earl granted the same to them - The premises as well in demesne as in reversion are to remain after the Earl's decease to Joan, daughter of Richard, Earl of Arundel and Wife to Humphrey de Bohun, the Earl of Northampton's son, for term of her life, then to the said Humphrey for the term of his life, and afterwards to the Heirs of the body of the said Joan - begotten by the said Humphrey, and if no such heirs should be, then to the right heirs of the said Earl of Northampton; this in case no divorce should take place between the said Humphrey and Joan, nor the said Humphrey be married to another during the life of the said Joan or after her decease by reason of a prior contract if otherwise, however, then after the said Joans decease without such heir and aforesaid, the premises are to remain to Richard Son of the Earl of Arundel and Elizabeth his wife, daughter of the Earl of Northampton and the Heirs of their two bodies begotten and if no such heirs should be then to the right heirs of the Earl of Northampton: Deed of entail of certain lands upon the Children of the Earls of Northampton and Arundel: Essex.
