Farnbridge South, Wakering, Lovelot, Ramsdon, Bretton, Bernemersh Pole, Berewerd, North Thorp, Southchurch, Barling: Between Humphry de Bohun Earl of Hereford & Essex and Hugh de Berwyk Purs Fauclore and others: The Earl grants to them the Manors of South Faunbregg Wakeringge Lovelot Ramesdene, et Bretton with les Mareis de Bernemersh Pole and Petit Bereward, together with the Lands called Norththorpe en Southchurch all the Lands and tenements which belonged to John Baldewyne in Barlyngge and Wakeringge with all Appurts, in Fee simple in trust for the performance of certain Covenants touching the marriage between Humphrey son & heir of the Earl of Northampton and the daughter of the Earl of Arundel: Indenture of Agreement upon a grant of the premises under certain conditions: Essex.
