Indenture made between Joan, widow of John de Coupland, and the abbot and convent of Funess, of demis by the said Joan to the convent for the term of 30 years from the date, at the yearly rent of 20 marks of silver, of the moiety of the manor of Ulverston, held by her for life of the King's grant, the reversion belonging to the convent. At Ulverston, on the feast of the Epiphany (6 january ), 37 Edw. III
