Agreement, indented, between John, Duke of Lancaster, and Adam, Bishop of St. David's, whereby the Duke confers the right of patronage and the advowson of the church of St. Ishmael upon the Bishop, having united and appropriated the churches of Llanethly, Pembre and Llandefeilog in that diocese to the College of New Works, Leicester: the Bishop to found a chantry of four chaplains to which the church of St. Ishmael is to be appropriated: (Carmar.)
