Subject: riotous entry into a pasture called Beeley leased by the plaintiff from William Downes merchant of London, and into another pasture called Great Leasowe at Shushions, and into a third pasture called Handford, all in the parish of Church Eaton, and driving away his cattle; destroying with fire the gorse, furze, fenne, wood and kyddes there growing, spoiling the grass, young oaks and other trees, destroying the plaintiff's gates and hedges, and throwing his land open to the commons [enclosure riot].
