Subject: riotously breaking down of a bridge over the river [Uck ?], thus stopping the way used to transport charcoal from Buxted wood to the plaintiff's [iron ore] Old Land furnace at Buxted, and his forges in Ashurst, Hartfield and Withyham (Grubsbares forge), and forcible removal of 12 loads of charcoal and 112 cords of wood from Buxted wood, and violent assault on and injury to William Growte collier [charcoal burner], the plaintiff's servant there, over 2-3 August 1591.
