[381] Hamond et al, convicted at Mr Attorney’s suit for that having procured a warrant from the Lord Archbishop and the Lord Treasurer upon pretended colourable service to search for seminaries extorted by threats by colour thereof diverse sums of money; adjudged to the pillory and to make satisfaction.
