Subject: inheritance of Joan Caryll, infant, deceased without issue, the wife of Edward Caryll and daughter and heir of John Warnecombe, elder brother of the plaintiff; fraud in that Caryll persuaded the dying Joan to transfer her lands to them both, and lied to the lawyers about her age; and they acknowledged a fine to this intent; this was bad in law as she was under age [19], but was not reversible as she is dead.
