Short Title: Caryll v Bowyer. [Cause code: SCEL-13767].

Plaintiffs: John Carrill, lord of the manor of Merston.

Defendants: Thomas Bowier of Leythorne.

County: Sussex.

Subject: a common called Meane Marsh, alias Merston Common. Two maps or plans, each with a key, showing lands in Merston and Drayton in Oving, concerning boundaries, following an order in Star Chamber dated 13 February, 30 Eliz I [1588], removed to MPI 1/258.
