Subject: riot and destruction of a great building frame set up in a copyhold by Sir John Throckmorton of Feckenham in the Queen's forest of Feckenham, and suspected to be an attempt to enclose common land; [other rioters were imprisoned by the Council in the Marches of Wales; three of these defendants were imprisoned in the Marshalsea by the Privy Council in 1578, but were later allowed to bring their own case Jennets v Throckmorton in the Star Chamber].
