Kesselring (List and Index Society, Special Series 57, 2018): [775] Verner et al, plaintiffs; Corbett et al: the defendants confess the riot and there upon the court ordered upon hearing of the cause that the defendants having confessed the riotous entry, and taking away the corn and hay complained of, and that they made no title to the same, should immediately upon notice given them of this order restore to the plaintiff both the quiet possession of all such goods and chattels with the mean profit.
