Subject: The ensealing by the late Edward Powell, clerk, subdean of the cathedral church of St David's, of the parsonages of Llanrithen and Manorowen, to Alban Stepneth, esq, for twenty-one years, being later demised to John Rice [Richard], this demise being disputed by John Davis, clerk; Evan Ellis; Thomas Walker [Walter], Nicholas Bincks [Binks] and others; assaults, forcible entry and ouster; stealing tithe sheaves, forgery and perjury.
