Subject: a lease of lands in Dartmouth, held by Agnes, late the wife of John Gellard deceased and now the wife of Richard Rich, of which the plaintiff held a messuage; an action brought by Smith in the borough court where by subornation of perjury he persuaded Nicholas Ball, Roger Gunne and Philip Godfrey to depose that the messuage was in ruinous condition and not maintained.
