Kesselring (List and Index Society, Special Series 57, 2018): [1000] Stretly, plaintiff; Dorne et al: £800 damages given by the decree of the court against the defendant to the plaintiff for a riotous taking away of the plaintiff’s goods, and the defendant having sold his lands to defraud the sentence of the court and the plaintiff thereof, the court ordered the purchaser to pay the £800 damages and give him a discharge.
