Arrangement
(Information about the filing sequence or logical order of the record)
-
From 15 August 1862 to 13 April 1883, all the fine arts entries are in one general series of registers (pieces 104-118).
From February 1847 to 20 June 1854, foreign copyright entries are made in the general series of registry books, but are separately indexes. After 1883 the foreign register is divided into separate divisions, namely books, music, prints, etc.
Up to 1883, books, music, prints and sculpture, etc, are included in the general series of registry books, at the end of each volume.
