William Chauntrell of the Bache, esquire to George Chauntrell of Chester, gentleman, his brother: Grant, indented, for their lives, with remainder to Lawrence Dutton, son and heir of the said John, for life, of a rent charged on parcel of the demesne lands of Bache Hall: Ches.
