Short title: Guy v Pyewall.

Plaintiffs: Henry Guy esq.

Defendants: Elizabeth Pyewall infant, by Capell Wall, her guardian, Thomas Cowcher, Dorothy Cowcher his wife and Guy Ball.

Subject: Settlement of the wills of Richard Guy, deceased, Edward Pye esq, deceased, Richard Howell esq and Elizabeth Chamberlaine and the payment of the annual rent of a manor to the defendants Elizabeth and Dorothy: Boyce, Dymock, Gloucestershire and the Swan and Falcon Inn, Hereford, Herefordshire.
