Defendants: Anne Rossell widow, guardian, Bridget Wigley, Mary Wigley infant, John Spateman esq, of Roadnook, Derbyshire, John Slacke gent, Mary Slacke his wife, Ferdinando Lowe gent, of Alderwasley, Derbyshire.
