Short title: Gilpin v Lord Pierrepont of Ardglass.

Plaintiffs: Bernard Gilpin clerk, of Warmington, Warwickshire.

Defendants: Jervis [Gervase] Pierrepont Lord Pierrepont of Ardglass, Thomas Newport Lord Torrington, Anne Newport (alias Anne Pierrepont) Lady Torrington, George Gregory, Thomas Bagshaw, Robert Willmott, Mary Willmott his wife, Richard Alder, Anna Maria Alder his wife, Dame Jane Bowyer, Peniston Lamb gent, Jane Gilpin (alias Jane Pierrepont) wife of Bernard Gilpin, Anne Maddox, William Dawes bishop of Chester, Evelyn Pierrepont Marquess of Dorchester, William Cheyne Viscount Newhaven, of Drayton Beauchamp, Buckinghamshire.

Subject: Payment of the plaintiff's wife's portion as arranged by Robert Pierrepont esq, of Nottingham, Nottinghamshireher late father who put his estate in trust to provide for his daughters' portions (Anne and Jane) and pay his debts: mentions Francis Pierrepont esq, deceased and William Pierrepont. There had been an earlier bill brought by Eveyln Pierrepont relating to the estate of the late Robert Pierrepont and another by this plaintiff and his wife for recovery of the portion.
