Plaintiffs: John Fryer alderman esq, of London, John Boulter esq, of Gawthorpe, Yorkshire.
Defendants: William Boulter gent, of Deptford, Kent, Richard Bull, John Sandford, Thomas Brown and William Camden.
Subject: The plaintiffs, as executors of the will of Edmund Boulter esq, of London, deceased, required the defendant Boulter to account for the rents of four messuages he had collected on behalf of the deceased in his lifetime: property in Plumb Tree Court, St Andrew Holborn, London and Gawthorpe Hall, Yorkshire.
